Chu, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR\n\nActual Performance:\nAnya Taylor-Joy appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as Britney Spears in any official performance, showing, or release of Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu.\n\nAdditional clarification(s):\n\nIf Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M. Chu is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but Anya Taylor-Joy was officially announced in Britney Spears, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.”\n\nIf multiple people are announced for Britney Spears (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and Anya Taylor-Joy is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b\n\nThe Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if:\n(a) Britney Spears Biopic directed by Jon M.
